Emergency Managers

All nine cities within Stanislaus County have an identified City Emergency Manager to supervise, coordinate and maintain their city's disaster preparedness, response and recovery. Working with the whole community, they develop and maintain a city Emergency Operations Plan and a Local Hazard Mitigation Plan. Emergency Managers are also responsible for keeping their city Emergency Operations Center (EOC) functional and ready and would respond to an EOC activation.

To facilitate consistency within the Stanislaus County Operational Area, the County is happy to provide plans, resources and training for Emergency Managers. Please contact the Stanislaus County Office of Emergency Services for any additional needs.
